What we collect, why, and your rights.
Who we are This website is run by UK Morocco. For any privacy question, contact us using the email address on our contact page.
What we collect - Orders: your name, email, phone number, delivery address, the items you buy and how you paid. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details. - Trip requests and contact messages: the details you type into the form, including any itinerary you build with the trip planner. - Technical data: our servers keep short-term logs (IP address, pages requested) to keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
Why we use it To process and deliver your order, answer your requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with - PayPal, when you choose to pay with PayPal. - The delivery company that brings your parcel. - Our email provider and our hosting provider, who process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes (normally six years). Trip requests and messages are deleted when they are no longer needed to help you.
Cookies and storage We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your cart, language, currency and trip-planner draft locally so they are there when you come back; you can clear them at any time.
Your rights You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
