The terms that apply when you order from our shop.
Prices and currency Prices are set and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices shown in euros, US dollars or Moroccan dirhams are approximate conversions for guidance only. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.
Your order When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with your order reference. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.
Payment You can pay with PayPal (your order is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment) or, where offered, in cash on delivery (your order is confirmed without online payment, and you pay the amount shown in your confirmation when the parcel arrives).

Travel planning Trip planner results and prices are estimates to help you plan; they are not bookings or quotes. A trip is only arranged once we have confirmed the details with you in writing.
Law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
